Return & Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received—unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging included. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, you must first submit a return request. After your request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and take the appropriate steps to resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain categories of products cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, special orders, and personal care products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, you can request clarification before initiating the process. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is to complete the return process for the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be informed whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, you may submit a follow-up request for assistance.
