Shipping policy

Welcome to MS Fine Art. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, delivery, and related matters for all artworks purchased through our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree with any part of this Shipping Policy, you should not purchase from our store.

We prepare and ship all artworks with care. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Handmade, limited edition, or custom artworks may require additional processing time of 5–10 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and may be extended during high-volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, artwork size, weight, and carrier rates. Estimated delivery times vary by location: 5–10 business days within the European Union, 6–12 business days to the United Kingdom, 7–14 business days to the United States and Canada, and 10–20 business days to all other international destinations. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processes, or events outside our control.

All artworks are packaged using protective materials appropriate for fine art shipping. Unframed canvas pieces may be shipped rolled in tubes, while framed artworks are secured with corner protectors and cushioning. Although we make every effort to ensure safe delivery, MS Fine Art is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label. We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

Once an order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update. For international orders, tracking updates may be delayed by customs or local postal services. MS Fine Art is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections, import procedures, or local delivery conditions.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any other applicable charges. These are not included in product prices or shipping fees. Customs policies vary by country, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order. If a package is refused due to customs charges, shipping and return fees will not be refunded.

The risk of loss and title for artworks transfers to you once the product is handed over to the carrier. MS Fine Art is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If you need to correct your shipping address, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After the order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed package, we may reship the order at your expense. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or delay a shipment due to inventory discrepancies, carrier restrictions, or issues verifying payment information. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.

All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. MS Fine Art does not accept responsibility for return shipments lost or damaged in transit.
